Notes on document:  The first birth entry of this book is dated November 18, 1874.  Apparently, the first few pages of this book are missing covering the dates January 1, 1874 to November 18, 1874.  The last birth entry of this book is dated January 2, 1876. Since the next book starts in January 1877, the last pages of this book are missing covering the months January to December 1876.  Column headings are record number, month, date of birth, date of naming/circumcision, house number, first and last name of newborn, male vs female, legitimate vs. illegitimate, names of father and mother, occupation, names of witness (if given) and midwife.
